There is almost no difference between the traditional built homes and these prefab villas nowadays. The important difference is of course the building time. It's now possible to make your dream come true in 4 months. And this all with all the desired facilities such as luxurious kitchen, sanitary facilities, wooden or tiled floors, etc. You don't need a license to place and to live in such a villa, so your dream villa in Spain is coming very near.
